NgM Foundation is a 501(C)(3) non profit organization, committed to positively changing the lives of the poor, personal accountability, life skills education, award scholarship, and work-related programs; a help mankind NPO that sets out to empower women and girls through social and economic empowerment programs. NgM foundation is looking towards rescuing as many children and elderly as possible from hunger, and help as many women and girls as possible from poverty into the halls of financial independence and fame. NgM foundation is organized and operate for charitable, and educational purposes, exist to guarantee life without poverty for children and elderly, and financial independence for women and girls as they look forward to what the future hold. Trough our service every child and elderly can be hunger free, and every woman and girl can exercise great potentials. What began as one man's drive to help people everywhere grew quickly into a foundation committed to helping people improve their condition of life . Because the best thing we can do together is give others the chance to live their life free of poverty and misery. We're all in this together.

The Ngounou & Moyo Foundation's Board of Directors governs the work of the Foundation. Our Board shapes the Foundation's direction through its mission, strategy, budget, and key policies; ensures that the leadership, resources, and finances in place match the Foundation's vision; and monitors and improves the performance of the organization. The Foundation Board meets formally three times each year, as well as between the regular meetings as needed to conduct the Foundation's business.
